System for testing the electrical system on the assembly line of the FERRARI 575 MM car

The challenge

Certify the correct functioning of the electrical system, excluding the presence of short circuits or the absence of fundamental parts and verifying the correct operation of the various user devices and electronic control units, so as to highlight any anomalies at a stage not too advanced assembly of the car and avoid expensive and difficult repairs after the end-of-line testing.

The solution

Realize a software able to configure and execute a sequence of tests on the electrical system of the various versions of the car, satisfying the need of assembly technicians to check the performance of these procedures, access the hardware used for the implementation and choose the set of reference parameters for the dation of the various parts that make up the electrical system.
