Beghelli - Battery

Data acquisition and control system for the battery testing laboratory of Beghelli SpA

The battery life tests of BEGHELLI safety devices are carried out in the laboratory by means of some programmable power supplies and a climatic chamber.

The system allows the technicians to configure and carry out the test procedures communicating with the power supplies and the camera via RS232 and synchronizing the operations in order to perform charge-discharge cycles of the batteries at constant temperature.

The collected voltage and current data are saved in a database for further processing; to avoid saving the useless data acquired during the transient phases between the charge and discharge it is possible to configure a trigger based on the absolute or percentage variation of the values.
